Ordered this item to replace another my mother had lost. Ordered fine and shipped as stated. Only issue was with the detail of the delivery as the item arrived later than estimated, but not kept up to date on the location of the item. So, arrived whilst not at home, but luckily not a big item so could be posted through the mailbox.
